When my mind feels overloaded with thoughts, I often go for a walk in the woods, the one just around home. There, while walking, I try to practice my senses. I smell the spicy and earthy smell of dead leaves, hear the sound of wind passings through the branches and I touch as many things as I can. I touch every plant around me, leaves, branches, roots, barks and mosses. In doing so, I re connect with myself, get out of my ramblings and start to dwell in the NOW.
